AS 1.7.116 WinList

Hi,
In AS 1.7.116 the WinList seems to have something wrong with it. When I click on it, instead of bringing up the window, it just turns the cursor into a hand and does nothing else. It is kinda like when you do start|windows|shade, just doesn't do anything that I ca see.
