Moving windows with keyboard

Hello all.

In a step to limit my mouse usage to a bare minimum, I'm trying to set up 
Afterstep to let me move my windows using the keyboard.

My current configuration lets me do this by pressing Shift+Ctrl+F5 and then 
move the window, pressing enter when I get it where I want. This works OK, 
but it's not quite what I want.

I want to be able to hold down one key (say, the window-key :) and move the 
window by using the arrow keys.

Does anybody know a way to configure this?
