weird icon studd

Okay, two things I want to know, or have noticed about icons:

first, a bug in 1.7.114:   I don't know what it's called, 
but my windows and icons won't go over top of my Pager, 
WinList, or Zharf.  This is fine, I like that, except when
I'm moving icons around, they think they're as big as if they 
were open... and they won't to places that would cover 
those other modules if they were open.   but, they're not open, 
they're just little icons that won't move where I want them to go  :)


the other thing, is I was looking for how to define where the 
cursor is placed when I UnIconify something... my kill button 
is in the upper left hand corner of my windows, and if I click 
too many times when I'm clicking on an Icon, I accidentally 
destroy the window I'm working with.  I'd rather have the cursor move to the
middle of the window when I UnIconify, or the lower right corner...
