Got a connection refused by server error from this site.

This site loaded without a problem. I am connected to Erols' Internet
with a 33.6 modem. The desktop screen shot on your page loaded with
variable load rates ranging from 2.2K per second to 3.0K per second
(this may be a problem with my ISP and not your site/connections.) No
complaints here.
