Q: Raise window on Mouse 1 click?

Q: How do I get my windows to raise to the front when I click on the application
area?

-> I would like my windows to come to the front when I click anywhere on them
   (not just the toolbar area). This is what I'm used to from the HP-UX CDE
window manager
   as well as MS Windows.

So far, I've tried adding:
Mouse 1         W       A       Raise
to my feel file but then my window (xiterms) no longer get the mouse 1 events.
