*PagerDecoration    SelectionColor gold

Sure, Border color of the desk is defined by :
*PagerDecoration    DeskBorderColor   gray50

page separating grid's color is defined by :

*PagerDecoration    GridColor green2


It's all documented in Pager's man pages and in supplied pager config file
