Re: strange bugs

Both of the bugs you listed (Netsape not getting all of it's window
decorations drawn and moving gridlines remaining inside the netscape
window) are (i think) know netscape bugs.  It might help to upgrade
netscape if you are running an old version (less than 4.08).  If you
have a new version and these problem persist, then I will declare
myself stumped.
