I took a quick look at the tcsh man page, and didn't see it. However,
a possible workaround is creating a small shell script, ie:
#!/bin/sh
startx > /dev/console 2>&1
Call it xstart or something, chmod 755, make sure it's in your path, and
you should be good to go.
