Pop-Up menus on Vertical Title

I am using this new cool feature. I have found as annoying behavior
though. In the horizontal title bar, I have the 1,3 and 2 buttons. 
The button 2 is a popup menu for Destroy,Close,Stick. In the Vertical
Style the PopUp is not opened under the button but in a
different position that actually correspond to the position if I were
using Horizontal TitleBar.
 
The second unrelated point is : does anybody have a site with buttons
-not icons- for AfterStep ?
