OK first things first. That's been fixed in ascp-0.9.5
(ftp://ftp.afterstep.org/apps/ascp/)

Next: since you have gtk+1.1.13, edit wharf.c and change the line

 gtk_ctree_set_reorderable     to   gtk_clist_set_reorderable  
 
 
 that should be it.
