Band shade...

When I click on the windowshade button (sorry if that is a mac term), my
window scrolls up jerky.  I assume it's because I only have my dot-clock
at 60.  Until they get better support for my video card...is there a way I
can have the rubber-band outline effect when it scrolls up?
