More menus stuff

I just downloaded from freshmeat.net asWhiskey and asVodka. These nice
apps are able of to get news from Freshmeat and Slashdot and put them
in the start menu. 

Now my Desktop menu has

  Update RedHat -> Exec "Update Red Hat menus" wmconfig .... 
  Update News   -> Exec Üpdate News" asnews ( a small script to run
  asWhiskey and as Vodka
  
  Update startmenu -> QuickRestart "Update startmenu" startmenu

To build the entire start menu I have to click on RedHat, News and
finally in Update startmenu. 
How can I compose it as only one click ? (QuickRestart must be the only
one line in the file).
