Problems with cygwin-32-1.4.4

Hello friends,

I'm trying to run this version of afterstep and it's giving me the following error:
/personal/v_araujig/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep>afterstep
 melting  melting Colordepth : 32
AfterStep: can't open ~/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/base.32bpp, exiting now.
If this file exists, please type the full path.

The problem is that there's no ~/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/base.32bpp and I don't know where to get it.

If somebody got this error before, please contact me.
