Last night, X was fine. I chucked in some -devel- rpms so I can start with
some programming and maybe took out something I didn't think I needed.
Anyway, today X craps out and I get these messages:
(--) SVGA: XAA: Using 6 128x54 areas for pixmap caching
(--) SVGA: XAA: Caching tiles and stipples
(--) SVGA: XAA: Horizontal and vertical lines and segments

When reporting a problem related to a server crash, please send
the full server output, not just the last messages
_X11TransSocketUNIXConnect: Can't connect: errno = 111
giving up.
xinit: Connection refused (errno 111): unable to connect to X server
xinit: No such process (errno 3): Server error.
What have I done? I know this isn't strictly an AfterStep matter but you
seem friendly bunch and probably more X-savvy than a general list.
