new aterm 0.3.1 is out!

This version features:

optional support for PNG and JPEG formats for background image,
utilizing AfterStep shared libraries.

notile option to prevent background image from being tiled in vertical,
 horizontal  or both directions.

rewritten NeXT scrollbar code for better configurablity. Varios scrollbar
 look parameters can no be changed by modifying src/rxvt.h file
(look for SB_WIDTH)

transparent background garbling on shade/unshade fixed

aterm no longer dies on AfterStep restart

varios bugfixes and cleanups.
