Using RH 5.2 here and it's part of libjpeg-6b-7.i386.rpm. Glanced at a RH
mirror under ./redhat-5.1/updates/i386/jpg/ and I see libjpeg-6b-5.i386.rpm.
That should do it, although you will probably also need to grab
libjpeg-devel-6b-5.i386.rpm along with it.
