aterm and menu vote

	Sasha wishes to put to a vote here on the mailing list if people
would like to keep the menubar (like rxvt) in aterm.  The consensus on the
irc channel (#afterstep on efnet) is to toss the menubar.  Now here is
everyone else's chance to voice their opinion.
