xconsole has no "frame" after AfterStep upgrade.

Hello AfterStep World!

I was running AfterStep w/o problems in init level 5.  Now that I've updated 
AfterStep the xconsole window doesen't have the window borders/titlebar/button 
controls.  It also hangs around on all of my 'Pager desktops'.

Suggestions?
