Afterstep under win32

I just subscribed to the list, so please be gentle.  :)  

Where's the best place to get info on running Afterstep under win32?  
I've done everything described on <http://www.alfheim.net/aswin32/>.  
Everything is configured properly and works, but I don't know how to get
over the last hurdle, replacing the Windows desktop.  I'm running WinNT
4.0 on a Dell Optiplex PII-400, 128 megs of RAM, ATI 3D Rage video, etc.
Thanks in advance for your help and advice.
