1.6.0 is officially released, and on ftp.afterstep.org.  David will 
undoubtedly post a more impressive press release soon. :)

ps. Yes, the README does say 1.5.0. ::grumbles about the difficulty of 
    keeping version numbers in sync::  The binary reports 1.6.0.
