The pointers are determined in the feel file.  I don't know why this is,
as it seems that it's actually part of the way things look.  But anyway,
the feel.DEFAULT is well-commented in that section (Cursor).  You can make
the adjustments according to the instructions there, and accroding to
which cursors you have on your system.
