That may very well be, but it seems i'm working with a bigger handicap than
a faulty man-pages setup -- i'm quite simply a fool.
I was looking over that last message I sent when I noticed it said afterstep
was in /usr/local/bin ... sure enough, i made a symbolic link from that file
to /usr/X11R6/bin/afterstep and it fired right up.
I guess I need to study the syntax of the find command a little better. I
could
have saved myself a lot of trouble. I think i'll stick with beta 6 for a
little while
longer, I can't stomach the thought of tossing this feeling of TRIUMPH to
binary
ether just to get patched up a little bit!
