	Now available from
ftp.afterstep.org/themes/theme.maker-lathi-0.1.tar.gz .  I think this
should be included in the next release - it's not really an app, it should
be a working function of the window mgr, but since it's not, it'll be
shipped (if I shall be so bold).  The #1 question asked of AfterStep is
"How do I use/make themes?"
	The package has been renamed (and should have included a README -
see NOTE below) to theme.maker-lathi, as it is a "theme-maker" more than
it is a [set of] lathi-themes.  [Lathi: if you wish to come up with a
better name that will reflect it's actual functionality, i.e. maker &
installer of themes, then please mail me ASAP, and I'll change the name
and.]

NOTE: when uploading to fao, please mail the ftpmaster@afterstep.org to
alert him (me (: ) of a package sitting in incoming.  I don't sit at the
terminal of this machine, nor is it allowed to run any jobs which check
the incoming dir.  If I receive a mail that something is in incoming/; I
will drop what I am doing and mv it to the appropriate place ASAP!  Also,
please include a .lsm file or README "outside" of the tarball so I don't
have to extract it...okay, so it's not that hard to extract a file, but
hey, it's a curteous thing to do. :)
