|I set WinList to "StaysOnBack", and then right-click when I want to raise
|the backgrounded stuff. But if you want it on top, you have a problem.

|You should be able to use the Window functions (select "move") to move the
|app.
The trouble is, the window functions are only available via the button on
the top titlebar. Not too sure how to configure this yet. As a
hack-around (until I define my own feel), I'm running Zharf which has the
Move function.
