My asexec eventually dies with the following message:
X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 20 (X_GetProperty)
Resource id in failed request: 0x3c0005e
Serial number of failed request: 1843
Current serial number in output stream: 1843
I cannot even reproduce this error. As an additional info, asexec is
swallowed in the wharf. This error occurs even when I do not click on
asexec or it is executing any animation. My asexecrc is quite simple
*ASExec pixmappath "/home/tjpp/GNUstep/Library/AfterStep/desktop/icons/16bpp"
*ASExec state "state1" "En.xpm"
*ASExec "to_state2" bind "state2" mouse 1
*ASExec "to_state2" exec port
*ASExec ~state
*ASExec state "state2" "Pt.xpm"
*ASExec "to_state1" bind "state1" mouse 1
*ASExec "to_state1" exec engl
*ASExec ~state
port an engl are calls to xmodmap.
