Clicking on Wharf

Hi. I have numerous applications in my Wharf that likes clicking. The
problem is that the applications seems "transparent", that is; when
clicking, I get the start-menu. If I restart Wharf, the problem
disappears.

Something I can fix?

I'm running AS-1.5b4 on a RedHat-5.1
