This is controlled with DeskTopSize WxH.  The thing that I don't think 
is documented anywhere is that this and DeskTopScale must be in the
~/G/L/A/base.XXbpp file.  I was in the Pager source code recently and
realized that these two settings are only being read from the
base.xxbpp file.  This should help...
