Titlebar question

stop me if we've hit this topic before, but is there a way to change the
hight of the titlebar? Looking through the man page, I only found
BoundryWidth which changes the size of the bottom handle.  Oh, and can I
get rid of the highlight on the titlebar and bottom handle?  I'm using
v1.4.5.3-2.
