Funny timing. I was just playing with this last night too. I also tried
the -geometry options. My browser seem to open to the right size, but the
placement is all screwy. It seems that each time I start it, the browser is
placed about 20 pixels closer to the right side of my screen. After it
reaches the right side, the net time I start it up, it opens right where I
wanted it in the first place, but of course, the next time I start it, it is
20 pixels to the right. Weird.
