I suggest using 1.5beta4, and using MaxSwallowModule on a normal Pager.  
This will swallow the pager module into the button, and resize the button 
to fit.

If you simply want to change the size of a Wharf button, this can be 
accomplished with the Size keyword, as follows:

*Wharf <label> <pixmap> Size <width> <height>
