After 1.5, AfterStep supports I18N fonts (include Japanese!). But, on
1.5Beta1-4, there is a problem.
If your system must use X_LOCALE, it cannot use Japanese.
ex) Linux, NetBSD.
Because it does not define X_LOCALE when it compiles.
If you want a patch, you get here.
