Window Borders

I'm running version 1.4.5.55N6 and am trying to get afterstep to put a 
border around all of my windows (as fvwm does). The man page implies
that by setting 

Style  "*"  NoHandles, BorderWidth 6

this should do it for me. But I wouldn't be asking for help if doing
that solved my problem.

Does anyone have any help they can offer me? Is it even possible to
get a border aound all of my windows, or am I simply limited to the
resize handles at the bottom?
