I pressume you mean the WinList - the thing that looks like the
"start bar" which runs along the bottom (typically) in the Windows9x
operating system(?) Edit the winlist file and change to your liking -
either geometry or location (across or down) and/or MaxWidth. If you are
wanting it to actually rotate 90 degrees and run the names vertical, the
answer is no; this is not possible (yet).
