[Announcement] AfterStep-1.5beta1 is available

	The long awaited release of 1.5 is now officially a beta 1
release <crowds cheering>.  It is again released in the 3 packages of
KERNEL, SHARE, and APPS; and can be obtained from either of the 2
development sites listed on the w.a.o/downloads.html page.  Both KERNEL
and SHARE are required packages; once the SHARE has been unarchived, mv
the afterstep/ tree into the KERNEL src-tree.  It should look like this:
	/path/to/AfterStep-KERNEL-1.5beta1/
		TODO/
		ascp-0.9/
		afterstep/
		autoconf/
		...
If you copy the APPS into the KERNEL tree you will overwrite important
configuration files, so **DON'T** do this. :)  As always, please read the
README's.
