The web page has been updated - check the Download page for where
to get the new release. A post to the list will arrive when it is
available. (BTW, it should have said pre9 or nothing as the devel
release.)

Try #afterstep on efnet irc, this irc channel is not like all
other elitist channels on efnet that have a bunch of 2yr olds on them

pre9 + patches will do, or wait for pre10 - your choice. They are
both quite stable - a few niggly bugs, but the more that you report the
less will remain.
