Here Here!  But I'd group icons in packages--logical packages, like file 
and file folder icons, app icons, system icons--and have one GIF/JPG per 
package to minimize graphic download time.  

In fact, if you need a little help with the icons, I can devote some 
time.  Perhaps people could FTP their favorite icons to my server (it's 
not up all day, but we can make arrangements) :-)
