look.Ethan broken in 1.5pre6

After looking into the look.Ethan file, I noticed that the following 
were set:

MyStyle "menu_item_style"
  Inherit       menu_font
  Inherit       unfocus_colors
  BackPixmap    128 WaveHi.xpm
  ~MyStyle

MyStyle "menu_hilite_style"
  Inherit       menu_font
  Font          -*-helvetica-*-r-*-*-13-*-*-*-*-*-*-*
  TextStyle     2
  ForeColor     Grey20
  BackColor     White
  MaxColors     128
  BackPixmap    128 WaveHi.xpm
  ~MyStyle                       

The problem is the WaveHi.xpm...it doesn't exist in the afterstep 
distribution.  Once I removed the BackPixmap reference, and changed the 
TextureTypes "menu" and "menuhilite" to 1 instead of 128, it worked just 
fine (albeit S..L..O..W).
