There are no specific HTML editors for AfterStep.  AfterStep is JUST a
window manager not an OS.  That said, you might look for tkHTML, asWedit,
etc.

Again, there won't be a specific AfterStep programming book.  Go find a
good C programming book and that'll get you started.
