Sorry about the last off-topic question.

I have just upgraded Afterstep from 1.4.5.3-2 to 1.4.5.55N6.  Now I can
no longer change the background, pop-up menus are going psycho, and
asmixer just doesn't look the same.

Any suggestions?

Asmixer appears in the bottom right corner of it's button when
"wharf"ed.

Pop-up menus sometimes stay behind sometimes don't.

I simply cannot change the background.
