The icons should have their own style, but they don't.  Currently, they 
use the focused window foreground and background.

The idea was that people might want the folder indicator right at the 
edge.  Then if they wanted the pixmap farther in, they could use a 
tranparent area for spacing.  The mini-pixmaps would be the same, but 
adding the spacing would quickly become very annoying. ;)

Is this not a good feature?  It's easy to change.
