Hmmmmm... It used to be this way on older versions.  If it found ANY files it
wouldn't even look in /u/s/a/.  But that's been fixed with newer versions.  I
don't recall exactly when the change was made, but I'm using 1.4.5.55N6 and it
works fine.  What are you using?
