What about this lines ?:

# 2-1) Texture types
#
#                      title  unfocused sticky  menutitle menu
TextureTypes            128     128     128     128     128     128     
ButtonTextureType 128

That defines that pixmap should be used, if you got an other number
there then gradients will be used.
