	Why yes, yes it is.  In the file ~/G/L/A/database you'd need an
entry like the following:

Style "xconsole"  Sticky
	\	   \_ here's where it tells it to be sticky
	 \_ this is the "WM_CLASS(STRING)" as reporte by issuing
	    "xprop" in a term
