Hi there ...

I think, nobody is really reading my concerns ... have there ever been some
attempts to pull the development power of the above together?

I read again and again what is good here and there ... why can't we work
together in some way? 
I'd love to have newer releases more often - like KDE is exercising by now
- and more utilities, looks, feels etc. I really think that everybody can
learn something from other WMs ... and regarding GNOME it could really
"STEP" forward (double meaning intended ;-) ) ...

Don't drop this thread - go for it!
