If you want an excellent program, get eplus. It's from enlightenment but
you don't HAVE to have E to use it. Just get imlib and eplus. There will
be a new release soon that will fix some problems in dr10. I'm using a
pre for 11 right now..
Eplus has CPU graph, memory, swap, buffer, partition, graphs, cdplayer,
mixer, date and time, modem monitor, irq monitor, cd shuffler, e-mail
watcher, and a couple of other cool things. It only uses about 1% of
memory and an hour of use came up with 4 seconds of cpu time.. pretty
nice! It has everything you will really ever will want. It's also VERY
customizable...
To see it, goto www.enlightenment.org and get imlib first. Then go to the
related links and to Rob Maldas page.
PS; it can't be swallowed into the wharf, but you wouldn't want it to be
swollowed anyways.. It's geom is 60x600 (for mine that I use, but I'm not
using the cd shuffler, e-mail monitor, and modem monotir.. everything
would take about 60x800, depending on how much you have vertical and
horizontal. I've hacked mine up so that it's all horizontal. (You have
to change some imagemaps since they were built for vertical. If you want
the horizontal ones and my config, let me know.. I'll put a screenshot up
at www.linkexplorer.com/linux/ss1.gif in a few hours... I need to fix some
things on my desktop before I show it to everyone :-)
