So the order of battle _must_ be:
1) Edit the look or feel file you're concerned with.
2) Do a Start -> Quit -> Update Look & Feel
3) Do a Start -> Decoration -> Look (or Feel) -> FileYouJustEdited
For Wharf, Pager, etc, edit the pertinent file and just hit the green recycle
button on Wharf.
Have I got it? <g>
Also, as noted in the html doc BEWARE the Quit menu item Update All! It _will_
crash X, no foolin'.

Got it, thanks.

It came back as soon as I was able to load my changes to my feel file! (Rem'd
out all the Shift-whutever bindings.)

Have to settle for Off, until a slow news day comes along. <g> Am busy
compiling Gnome!
