Setting EdgeScroll 0 0 in autoexec (both start and restart of course) does the
trick.

No answer yet, but more data:

The arrow keys are the problem. The End, Home, PgUp and PgDn keys all work
properly with the Shift key in _some_ editors. Reming out all the shift key
entries in my feel file doesn't do it. Where are the arrow keys bound?

Turned off WharfAnimate, for really fast! <g>  It would be nice to find where
the animation speeds are set in the source, for more tweaking by us
fussbudgets.
