I think so. You can lay multiple pixmaps onto the wharf. (Like this 3
dots images for folders).

I donīt know, take a look at:
http://franck.pc.uni-koeln.de/~robin/afterstep.html
he did something like that, but I donīt know how.

Sure, you can build many many wharfs, place them somewhere on your
desktop and then it starts an application. Take a look at Rob Maldaīs
page, in the past there was a screenshot with a background like a
checkerboard, with wharfs in the background.

Only on the bottom.

Hm, if you play around with it, it should be possible. You can swallow
the pager into the wharf, when you then define, letīs say four wharfs
for pagers and swallow one pager with only one page in it (DeskTopSize
1x1) into each wharf, then you should get what you want. You can then
place them somewhere on your desktop. I didnīt test this, so itīs
just an idea.

You mean a program to take a screenshot? Yes.

Donīt know, but donīt think so, choose one of these that comes with X.

Please donīt forget, that we are talking about some real different
windowmanagers. AS donīt want to imitate E and vice versa.
