You either don't have, or the linker can't find, a library most likely
called libieee.so.'something'. I can't be more specific since I'm not in
Linux right now <gasp!>. Look around for the prefix libieee though. Take a
look at the MakeFile at see what the LIBPATH is set to. It may be pointing
at the wrong place.
