As I (and many other people) said some weeks ago, these are not really
transparent. Actually they are rxvt-xpm's with a background pictures that
adjusts perfectly with the background.

If you're looking for true transparent terms, watch the next versions
of ETerm (Rasterman's), which are likely to include this feature. You'll
also need a lot of extra CPU cycles...
